REIKI/SPIRIT Channelled Sessions

Reiki is the channelling of the universal life force energy that surrounds everyone and everything, to bring harmony to the body, mind and spirit!

I lay my hands slightly over the chakra points in the body. Some people experience warmth, a tingly sensation, pushing, pulling or you may feel cold. One hour of Reiki is equivalent to 4hrs sleep as it is deeply relaxing and calming. It balances the energy in your body enabling your body to heal itself, and can help both emotional and physical issues.I work very closely with my Spirit Team and allow them to come close, often so that I am in a light trance so that they can help heal your body when deeper healing is needed it is much like Spiritual Surgery. I work with crystals, Colours, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Smudging, with the breath and with pressure points as directed by my guides.

AROMATHERAPY

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils either by massage, inhalation or bathing to bring about a feeling of well being. Aromatherapy has been used for centuries going back to the Egyptian times. It can be relaxing or stimulating and rids the body of toxins via the lymphatic system during a massage. 

METAMORPHIC TECHNIQUE

Do you sometimes feel stuck in a rut? No real direction in life. This technique works on the spinal reflex points on the hands, feet and head to faciliate dealing with issues from the past that may be holding you back in life.

TIBETAN ACCUPRESSURE HEAD MASSAGE

A gentle ancient therapy based on the wisdom of Tibetan ayurveda, which was originally developed by Buddhist religions. This session involves massage of the head, neck, upper chest and arms, working on the accupressure points using warm oils on the scalp. The aim is to slow the winds of your body down then bring them back up into correct alignment. This therapy is received whilst lying down.

SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE/SESSION OR READING

I work with my Clairsentience, Clairvoyance and healing. A 1-2-1 session may include working with cards, psycometry, healing, connecting with spiritual visitors, coaching. Sessions are recorded with a cd sent to you. An hour session currently still £15.

Or you may simple need some extra time following a session to talk and discuss things over a cup of tea in a caring and supportive space. If you need extra time following a therapy session this will need to be booked in advance at a cost of £5 per half hour. Please note I am not a trained counsellor.
